Hm. I think HQ would be something with nice, clean lines, neat colouring and generally pretty/detailed art and something that has a lot of description about it not just one word things so the history, personality in detail, maybe a story or something. I think it's all about the way you use your character and spoil it. XD I don't really think I know any HQ characters though.
