they may not have mentioned them yet. They didn't last year till it was a certain time. They always have sometype of prize dragon though every year. That's where we got all the tinsels.

Prize dragon. Rare dragon. What's the difference? Rare dragons from the event are going to be a prize, since you can get anything I believe.

But VampireMessageNinja DOES have a point. Things can change. The limits were uplifted this year. So that changed. ^^
It may not be likely, but it can be possible.
