"Ok.", he said, stealing a quick kiss. "What to do now?"

"You can't turn into any flying animals, can you?"

"No, but I am not fond of heights.", he replied.

"I'll fly with you. Don't worry, just don't look down," I waved my hands and Jaxson became a shadowy human. I melted into the shadows. I smiled at Jaxson. "All you have to do is walk," I said. I walked off the branch. I turned around, floating in the air. "It's like you're on land," I said, offering my hand.

He grabbed her hand and stepped off the branch. He felt funny, weighing nothing and standing in the air. He turned to her and smiled.

"If it makes you feel better I can give us a 'floor'," I said, covering the space beneath our feet with shadows.

He chuckled. "That's better.", he said, walking close to her.

I smiled, looping my fingers into his. "When I was new to this I would give myself a 'floor' to convince myself that I was walking on something."
