Would a undead Halloween pony be fair for a buckskin PPS? If not, what would have to be added on either of the sides?

And say I got the adult version of this dog (which is on the first tier of the advent list, I believe), what else would be fair to put towards the PPS version? I think the PPS is on the September list, right?
