Lori grinned and looked inside of the basket "how nice of her" she remarked, Lori hesitated as if she was going to tell him something, instead she asked "do you want to go for a walk in the garden?"

King Sorren shook his head at the guard holding Griffon. "no I need you here" he pointed to two other guards "you there, take the thief and deal with these peasants"

Despite still being shocked from the encounter, Aonair and his family were definitely happy, under the impression that most of their problems were now solved.
Oh, if they only knew...
So they just sat in their ignorance, blissful and pleased.

~Westin~

Westin made his way back to the castle. Surprisingly the guards at the gate didn't question the fact that he was coming back alone. Westin tried to ignore it and took nightmare to the stables. A servant quickly helped him take off nightmares gear and put it up. Westin grabbed an apple and gave it to the stallion. "Good boy" he said rubbing nightmare's head. Westin clicked his tongue for Morgan to follow and the two made their way into the castle. Something about the atmosphere seemed off but Westin couldn't quite put his finger on it. Seeing a group of servants gathered around the edges of the throne room Westin couldn't help but go see what was going on. He shooed Morgan off before walking in. What he saw caught him off guard. Griffon and his father were arguing which wasn't anything new but the guards were new. "What's going on?" He asked confused as he walked in towards them.

Bane felt something heavy collide with him, he automatically jumped backwards, then realizing that it was Ondine, he quickly helped her up "sorry, didn't realize it was you" he told her apologetically

"Oof! Sorry, I tripped on something." Ondine said, steadying herself against him. "so, what now? I am not sure a fire would be good if somebody sees the smoke but it will be chilly tonight." whispered nervously, her heart a-flutter and stumbled away to gather some dry sticks.

"what a week." she mumbled quietly to herself, returning with a large pile of sticks.

She jumped out of the tree and walked back to the house. She set her bow down against the house and the arrows next to it on the ground before heading to the barn. She noticed the door was open and started running, before looking in the door to find a raider. She ran quietly to get her bow and arrows and came back, pushing the door open with her bow aimed. "If you know what is good for you I would leave, now" The now came out harsh, she wasn't going to let a raider take anything from her home, they were dealing with enough already. The man held his hands up in the air and walked out of the barn, then started running. She set down her bow on the floor, she wouldn't have shot him, just wanted to intimidate him. She went to Archer, hugging his mane and climbing on his back bareback, riding him from the barn, shaking a bit

Len smiled and shrugged his shoulders,Handing the basket over to her."Yes,As long as I'm not fully exposed..."He said quietly,"It wouldn't be good for the Princess to be caught with an intruder."He added,casting a look towards the grass.
