Her smile broadened upon seeing Bandit jump in surprise. He seemed to have understood that she was not actually angry with him, judging by his smile. It had been awhile since she had caught him at the park, and it was great to finally see her friend again.
"That's right!", she announced, regarding her identity. "Been doing good, I hope?"
Huskies were notorious for loving a nice snowfall, and the flakes that speckled Bandit's black fur showed that he had been enjoying it as well. At least, that was what Kameryn assumed had happened.

They can certainly be friends, too. I'll go mention that in her form. I'm guessing you were thinking about some sort of best female friends scenario? Actually, Kameryn's owner is a male veterinary technician, so perhaps they know one another through their owners?
