About how long will the products take to arrive

to any country outside New Zealand, shipping takes about 4 - 11 working days

there are many "non-working" days around Christmas/New Year which is partly why we're closing down soon for this period

There is no way to do that at the moment. I wouldn't find it reasonable to allow players to buy actual merchandise with C$. It's quite easy to get C$ without paying money at all. Through trading rares, and items. It could be a possibility though, if Tess wanted to do so.

The CS Mall has now closed for Christmas/New Year so we're not currently taking any orders

all the past orders have been shipped

it takes approximately 4 - 11 working days for our mail to get to you from New Zealand.
