Balto nodded and took his pheasant back to his den.He layed down in his den, feeling stupid inside. He should've known better.

Dusk pawed at an elk she'd caught ages ago, it was nearly reduced to bone and she was growing quite full. Dusk placed the carcass in a scrap pile near the camps center and straightened, trying to keep good posture. She took a whiff at the camp and perked her ears in curiosity at who all was within camp.

Balto went to a farther creek to get a drink.

Balto got done drinking. he let a long lonely howl.

Willow backed away, "I-I-I- I smelled food and I-I- I followed the scent and I..." Willow raced off into the forest in the same direction as balto, her paws making no sound as she moved across the blanket of leaves.

Balto hard something coming towards him.it was probably the fae that was next to him earlier in front of Tundra. he quickly went back to his den and grabbed the pheasant and carried back to the river and dropped in.he said softly, "It's okay I will not hurt you, you may have this bird."

Willow stopped, the sweet scent of food entering her system again, she turned mindlessly and saw the pheasant at the paws of the male she saw before, She smiled slightly and under her fur she was blushing like crazy, she might just be in love! "th-th-thanks..." she said, hiding a beaming smile.

Balto replied, "Your ,welcome. "His black ears pricked upon hearing ,possibly Tundra ,coming towards him. He thought,"What am I a chick magnet."

Willow glanced sideways, the pheasant in her mouth, held daintily by its neck, she saw Tundra's shadow dart across a tree trunk and raised her tail slightly, she backed away slowly, sniffing to make sure she wasn't on the territory, but she could only smell food...

Balto stammered, "Hi...um..Tundra..come to get .. me again ...for being on the ..edge of.. your territory."
