How much is a nonballoon worth in comparison to a blue balloon?

I know they have a bit of a gap between them, but I have no clue how big it actually is. So what would someone have to add to a blue balloon to make it equal in worth to a nonballoon?

Very Rare Cat - I believe this to be a Warrior Cat but I don't know if this is correct or not.
True date unknown as is a rerelease.


OMG So Rare Aussie Dog - above the Big Gap in the rares list.
Believe to be from 2012 but is a rerelease so unsure.


Rare Cat - I believe this to be a normal Sitting Cat but unsure.
Again, not sure of true date as is a rerelease.

a rose pps does seem right, and I remember reading that it was the gap somewhere. Although in general, each gap on the main list is worth a september list pet. So you would need 3 september list pets, or pets equal to the worth of three september list pets.
