Jennifer looked down. "I have to go to a special hospital. Do you know why I started smoking Troy?" she asked.

He shook his head and looked at her

"Because I was so heart broken that we had split up that I hoped that If I started smoking it would put extra pressure on my lung and It might fail and then I'd die. Guess what? That's happening!" she said bursting into tears.

He held her "is this hospital going to help"he asked tears coming to his eyes

[Jenny,]

Jennifer stepped back. "They said its my only chance, but Its on the other side of the world!" she cried. "They said I'd be gone for months." she whimpered.

I'll move with you Lilian is a big girl I won't leave you"he said

Jennifer sighed. "They said they could only afford for one ticket. Troy you cant come. Lilian needs you here. I'll try and call you as often as I can" she said tears streaming down her face.

Jennifer cried into his chest. "I leave in a couple of days." she said she then stepped back as she was making his top wet from her tears.
