This looks quite unfair to them.
To enter the advent list at the first tier you need 3 - 4'09 rares (depends on the date).
The person is offering you 1 early '09 rare, 1 mid '09 rare, 3 late '09 rares and some uncommons.
It is unfair to them by the early '09 rare and the uncommons.

I am not sure but this trade looks fair to me.
The UR Lion is two tiers under the Sunback (between there's the UR Aussie), but the Dark Leopard and especially the high-demanded Green Liontail close this gap.
And you have a chance of being overpaid for the Sunback because the Nick can be a Unicorn.
