I put my hand on her good leg. "It's fine. I'm going to go get a snack. You want anything?" I ask, getting up.

[Jenny,]

Jennifer shook her head softly. "No thanks." she said too scared and sore to be hungry. She closed her eyes for a brief moment resting her head on the pillow.

"Alright." I said. I kissed her forehead and left the room.

[Jenny,]

Jennifer stared at the wall and played the shark coming towards her over and over in her mind then the part where it bit down on her leg. She shook her head trying to get it to go away.

I came back with a blueberry muffin and a water. I gave the water to Jen and munched on the muffin. "The doctor said you can leave after you fill out the papers."

[Jenny,]

Jennifer snapped out of her daze she found her self back in when he spoke. She then sighed. "Where are the papers?" she asked.

"He said he would bring them." I said, finishing the muffin.

[Jenny,]

Jennifer nodded softly and rested her head on her hand staring blankly at the wall. She then sighed bringing her good leg up to her chest.

The doctor came and handed Jen the papers and left. "What is it with you and legs?" I ask, but I was grinning.

[Jenny,]

Jennifer smirked. "Better than my face." she said forcing a smile. She stared at the papers with a groan. "I hate paperwork." she said sighing.
