How she got her cutiemark; One day as a filly Thunder Clap ventured through the the everfree forest. Needy for adventure she followed the darkness, the only light from her star necklace shown. Curious she entered a cave, to find herself face to face with a dragon. Scared she started to fly away, but the dragon slammed her to the ground before she could do so. Thunder Clap then bucked him in the snout before he blew a firey flame at her. The buck and flapping resulting in her bolting out of the forest in lighting speed and lighting up the cave, there for getting her cutie mark
