Fishtail stopped when the river came into view, then ran up to the water, sitting down next to it. She scented the air, checking in case there were any predators about.

Cottontail she sat down, happy to be in quiet and the warmth of the sun that peeped through the den.

Reedtail sighed. "Although there isn't much prey, i think leaf-fall is my favorite season" he mewed.

"We all are warriors of starclan, if we respect them" she said.

The tom sniffed the air, hesitating as he lead his kit towards the clearing. As a loner MothPaw had learned to expect the unexpected and that he could trust no-one except his kit, Leaf, who was crouched between his legs watching him carefully. MothPaw let out a exaggerated sigh and looked down at his kit, giving her a few licks before telling her, "You stay under the brambles there while I go and hunt okay?" Once his kit had obeyed he scented the air for prey following the scent of mouse.

The she-cat Torbie kitten, nodded when her father told her to head to the brambles and wait, She watched MothPaw for a while, intrigued as he scented and followed the scent of prey. "One day I'll be just as good as dad, if not better" She said quietly to herself. Tucking her tail around her paws.

StormLily was sitting just outside the warriors den. She watched the clan slowly zoning out, look at the other side of camp in a daze, thinking about what might happen and what had happened the last couple days at camp. (OPEN)

Coldkit looked back at the elder and tilted his little head once more "I-I suppose." he meowed thoughtfully. Looking at his brother who waggled his tail at him teasingly. "See!" the larger kit chirped, perking his small ears and looking up at his mother in the nursery when she curled up and closed her eyes, trusting they'd be safe for a little bit with the Elder.

Weaselnose took a sniff of the air, he caught the old scent of a fox which looked like it passed through days ago and was most likely not a threat, but he'd be sure to report it to his Mudstar when he got back. Aside from that everything seemed clear, it was a good day for fishing, the sun was out and warm air ruffled Weaselnose's pelt. "Everything seems clear." He told Fishtail as he padded up to the she-cat, sitting down close to her but not so much to were both their pelts were touching. "Looks like it'll be a great day for fishing, there's bound to be a couple of 'em swimming about in this weather." He told her.

Mudstar purred contently, everything in her Clan seemed fine and for that she was quite grateful. She smiled softly as she heard the voices of both Cloverstep's kits and remembered that in a few weeks she would have to speak to Cloverstep and her two kits about having their apprentice ceremonies; Coldkit and Ferretkit looked like they were both too big for the den they shared with their mother and the elders. 'Oh yes, the elders, hmmm.' Mudstar thought, she still made a promise to herself that she had to find a den for both Darkmoon and Sandfur to settle in no matter how much they seemed to like sharing the nursery; so the only promising den looked to be a large fern bush with enough space for both elders and elders to come to rest in comfortably. She brought her front left paw up to her mouth and chewed on it thoughtfully as she always had done when she was in thought.

Fishtail nodded. "I can see a few" she mewed, dipping a paw into the water and keeping still.

Weaselnose blinked at Fishtail and nodded. he crouched close to the river and peeked into the water trying to look for any sign of fish without them detecting him, he slowly raised his left paw and unsheathed his claws; prepared to catch any fish that might come his way.

Fishtails laws unsheathed and she stared at the surface, looking for any movement. A black flicker appeared in the corner of her eye and her paw jabbed into the river. She brang her paw out again and a small fish flopped onto the river side.

He was impressed by how Fishtail had caught that fish so quickly, Weaselnose flashed his Clanmate a wide grin before directing his attention to the lake; Like Fishtail he saw a black shape in the water heading toward his direction, keeping his raised paw ready until the fish came close. As soon as the fish came close enough, he lashed out and quickly hooked the fish in his claws and threw it on the ground. The fish started flopping on the ground and trying to get back into the water - as least it seemed that way to Weaselnose, but he was quicker. The brown tom sank his teeth into the fish's flesh and it's flopping stopped as soon as it had started. He purred with satisfaction at his catch.

[As soon as this place hits 20 pages I'm adding a rule that every 10 pages will count as a moon. >w> That won't be a problem for anyone right?
