They are kind of like zebras, yes, except they are much more common. Every time you adopt a Malk pet you have a small chance of getting a dragon.
I think it's every month but I'm not sure.

Does this mean theres a chance you will make a purple or orange dragon in the future (not colors in the book right ^.^). Or will the colors stop at blue??
