Sofia got to the arena and saw someone else was there. She was a little bummed since she liked to have the arena all to herself, but she didn't let that bother her. Since the rider wasn't jumping at the moment, she decided to get on and ask if she could ride too.She reached the rider and she said "Hi, I'm Sofia, I was wondering if I can have part of the arena" she smiled.

She got off and set up the jumps quickly. An oxer, a wall, a couple of big jumps and a three bar. She got on and started warming up her mare at trot, going around the taller jumps, and jumping the smaller ones. When her mare was warmed up enough, then she started jumping the smaller ones again, but at canter. After a few minutes of this, she stopped and thought for a moment, then she decided the order of the course. First it would eb the three small jumps, then the 1.1 m wall, the 1.3 wall, the three bar, and then finally the 1.5 oxer.

Sofia
I trotted for another few minutes, doing lateral work. Just because we weren't doing dressage a little bit of lateral work couldn't hurt. Then I asked Breeze to go to canter. She rushed into it the first time, came off the bit and fell on the forehand. I transitioned her back into the trot andasked again, the transtion this time was smooth and effortless. I patted her neck and pointed her at the first three jumps, the small ones clumped together. I counted strides in my head, and lifted off the sadddle. Her hoofs lifted off the ground and she got over them effortlessly. Then I pointed her at the first wall, and she jumped that too. After that i turned right to the bigger wall and relaxed into the saddle so she wouldn't tense up too. She got over that one too. Then I pointed her at the oxer, for some reason I had a problem with an oxer once at a show, and now I was tenser when I jumped them. I conted the strides in my head...3...2...1... I lifted off then saddle as her hind legs pushed off the ground and her hoofs came off. She soared over it and I did a circle before stopping her. I patted her neck and looked over at Devon
