Norman felt Maddy's hand slip from his, making him turn his head to her. "Hey..you ok?" He whispered. He could tell she was upset...over seeing Ethan. Jayden gave her a kind smile, and secretly kissed her forehead. "Listen...it'll be alright." he told her calmly. "What's the worse that can happen?" He chuckled and smiled. "I can tell him if ya want."

i was surprised at Normans offer, he seemed to really want to help me, i was glad for that. But i couldn't let him..,.not right now. "No....i...i think this is something i need to tell him myself....". I lokked over at ethan and shaun, preparing myself for his response.

Norman followed Madison's eyes to see Ethan and Shaun. He gave her a gentle smile. "Of course." He told her, " If this is something you need to do." He smiled wider and watched Ethan and Shaun some more. It was just something about father and son.

Ethan wrapped his arms around him as well, blue eyes studying Shaun as he spoke. He nodded towards Norman and smiled, glancing over at Madison for a moment before Shaun spoke again. "Of course I did, Shaun. I'm sorry this all happened," he said.

"Daddy, it's no one's fault." Shaun said with pleading eyes. "It was an accident. Accidents happen every day." The ten year old grabbed his dad's hand and jumped off the bed. "Come on, Dad, let's go home! Later, we can go to the park, and go out to eat, and..."

Norman smiled as Shaun hopped off of Ethan's bed and began to parade around. He returned his eyes to Ethan. "Ethan, are you alright?" he asked calmly. "What happened?"

Ethan smiled at his son's understanding, slowly rising from the bed himself. He nodded at all this, excited to be able to have the chance to do these things with Shaun again. He looked over at Norman, nodding slightly as he ran a hand through his hair. "Um, yeah," he said, looking at the floor. "I don't really know to be honest. Wish I did," he said. "Maybe it was the stress. Who knows." he said.

Norman lightly smiled. "Yeah. You're right, who knows? But we're glad you're safe." He admitted, leaning against the wall. His smiled dropped as he looked over at the table with the origami. "Did you know you had a collection?" Jayden asked, nodding to the table.

Ethan's face fell. "Found it yesterday," he said softly, sitting back down as if the realization that he had those origami hit him once more. "Have you guys found anything?" he asked quietly, hoping Shaun wouldn't notice or hear.

"Yeah." He said, lowering his voice down to a whisper. "I got an origami, and Blake did, too." He replied with a snarl. He looked over at Shaun, who was jabbering away with his mom about something. He returned his look to Ethan and lightly smiled. "Now's probably not the best place."

Ethan nodded in understanding. He picked up the origami and gave them to Norman hastily. "Um, here. You take them. I really don't want them," he inhaled sharply, "and maybe it'll help you guys. I don't know. I just don't wanna look at them." he said.
