Ok.
It's kind of hard to understand, but I guess the person was trying to say that Scar was trying to kill Simba INSTEAD of killing Mufasa.

Yeah...I guess Kovu looks a lot like both of them!

A little like Simba, a little like Scar.

I think what they're saying about the whole Scar and Simba in a blender thing, is that Kovu is supposed to resemble Scar in an instance, even though Kovu isn't his real son. And the Simba part of it was denying that he wasn't evil and that he was supposed to be there, along with the fact that they both with through the same " roadblocks " such as the huge fight, and his mother and other things.
