Ashleigh grinned, giving German his head to trot. She rolled her eyes playfully as he didn't go, then nudged him with her heels. "Good boy," she crooned as he relaxed, falling into step next to Donté. "Luke, darling, I think that this was definitely our best idea yet," Ashleigh announced as they rode into town, marquee lights glittering in the late sunset. "It's like 7:30," she told him, "and still not dark." She put on a mock pout, moving German to the side of the sidewalk as they rode along.

Tobias shrugged. "Let's go to El Arroyo," he suggested. "It's like the best Tex-Mex in this town, is what I've heard," he explained, helping Makenzi into her seat before climbing into his own and starting his engine before accelerating his truck down the street a couple blocks, parking outside. He once again held the doors open for Kenzi, sitting down after booking them on the waiting list. It wasn't any more than about five minutes until a waitress led them to a table for two outside, away from most of the noise.

Kenzi reluctantly followed, taking a loose hair and twirling her finger around it as she sat down. The girl picked up the menu and looked down at it, quickly reading over it before closing it up and putting it on the table. I'm so hungry! She whined, resting her forehead on the table. Also...I saw the way you were looking at Thor...! Kenzi giggled, lifting her head slowly as she looked over at Tobias with a sheepish grin, before resting her head back down.

Tobias merely shook his head an let out a soft laugh as he watched Makenzi. Sure, she had bad table manners - horrible ones, at that - but he didn't think poorly of it. No, he thought it was funny, and uniqu. Most girls would have been sitting up with perfect posture, neatly laying their perfect hair of their perfect shoulders and placing their napkins in their perfect laps. But the way Tobias saw it, Makenzi wasn't perfect, and he liked that. "Oh yeah," he responded with a hint of sarcasm. He put on a feminine voice, leaning his chin on his hands as he sighed dreamily. "Chris Hemsworth is, like, totes hawt," he said.

Makenzi laughed flinging her head back before leaning on her elbows as she covered her face. Haha, that is so funny! The girl closed her eyes before taking a big breath and exhaling softly, calming herself down. Makenzi pulled her chair out a bit, leaned over on the table and rested her head on her hands. Her napkin lay in a heap next to her plate, and her eyes twinkled, with a innocent look just like the smile on her lips. Yeah, she had bad manners. But she was a cowgirl. Not all cowgirls were good.

Tobias laughed at his self along with Makenzi, straightening up as he watched her laugh. He took one of the chips from the bowl that sat in front of them and dipped it lightly in his bowl of salsa, taking a small bite of the corner of it. Though he wouldn't say it and ruin the moment, he was happy to be taking Makenzi's mind off of things. And by things, her dad. He had run completely out of funny things to say to her, until the waitress came out. She smiled politely, bringing their drinks and setting them in front of them before asking if they had already figured out why they wanted. Tobias told her his order, looking to Makenzi - she had mentioned she already knew what she had wanted earlier.

Sophie giggled watched the two lovebirds play in the mud, but left soon to let them have privacy. She creeped down into the stables and found the stall Buddy was in. The girl had to search, because she had forgotten. She was so scatterbrained, all the time. She had been tested for ADD and ADHD and they both came positive. She refused to believe that for she was so calm and only tapped her foot or wiggled her hand when she was concentrating. Sophie leaned into the stall and whistled softly. Buddy lifted his head from the food trough and swished his tail, nickering, but when back to his food. She laughed and playfully slapped his flank in mock anger. She really liked Lacey, but something seemed different about Jason. Of course, he was good looking, and she could tell he loved Lacy, but he seemed really, really nervous. Sophie hoped she hadn't made him nervous, and the thought of that made her nervous. She pushed the thought away and absentmindedly began to braid Buddy's hair. Buddy then lifted his foot and leaned his weight on his owners toe, making her yelp in pain. "Okay, I'm sorry! I won't braid your mane, you brat." She said, but her mouth was already set in a laugh by the end of the sentence. She then snapped her mouth closed, praying no one was in the barn to hear her talking to her horse. She did it all the time, but some people thought it was weird.

They live in their own houses. They aren't on the property though. The only people who live on the property are Lacey and Ashleigh - Ashleigh's mom owns it and Lacey is staying the summer. The other one is a guy named Dylan because his step dad abused him and his mom, so they moved to the lake house that is owned by the stables.)

(No. The only reason why spade gets to have a cabin is becuase he's my sumbffl. Nobody here has even come close to earning that title.
