Keplyn stood, starting to feel absolutely useless, especially as the girls talked about how they were living in a world where they had to rely on each other. What did he bring to the group? Absolutely nothing, if you didn't count another mouth to feed. "Hey guys? I think I'm gonna go get some supplies from my part of town now... I'll be back later... Hopefully..." He said, figuring a walk would clear his mind, and that he might find something useful.

Foriot yawned and woke up on 'his bed'. He was liking his new house, plenty of space, plenty of supplies... It could last a whole family for at least a year, so he figured. Not to mention the houses surrounding were just as big, and likely just as well supplied. Then, a thought hit him. What if he wasn't the only survivor? He could probably start searching, maybe save some people's lives... With a heavy sigh, he stood up, found some fresh clothes, and got dressed. Then he grabbed his bag, filled it with a few supplies, and went downstairs. With one last look around 'his house', Foriot stepped out the door, hoping to change some lives.

Vriska was brought back to reality by the voice of someone she didn't know. She watched them shuffle and took note of the droopy set of their shoulders. She flicked one of her dice at their head, a carefree grin and lazy narrow eyes. Whether or not it appeared menacing however, would be completely up to one's perspective. "Do you honestly think you can slip away from the group, alone, and honestly 8elieve no one will follow? And then what if th8y can'y catch up? Not to mention, your odds of surviving are pro8a8ly going to depl8 if you just gallav8nt off on your own." Vriska slumped back down and rolled her other dice between her fingers, satisfied with what she said. It was clear she had no more to say on the topic.

Keplyn felt something hard hit the back of his head. Being terribly used to this by now, he turned around, and saw the girl Hayley and Nepeta had brought back... He looked at her grin, her eyes squinted slightly, and realized she was just like the bullies he had dealt with his entire life. "Well, I didn't think anyone really wanted me here, so I was going to get some stuff..." He said, looking down at his feet. "And how would I die? Everything is already dead, there's nothing left to hurt me anymore." Keplyn said, with a little bit more confidence now. She was just a bully, that was all.

Vriska leaned back and groaned in exasperation. "Helloooooooo? Earth to whoever you are, whatever caused this mess, isn't something that's actually living." Vriska leaned forward and stuffed her dice back into her pockets, loathing the look she was getting. She wondered why the kid was so defensive. The girl only saw herself as helping give the kid a chance at this survival buisness. Her doubts that she seemed leering were low. She kept her poise and appearance high though, perhaps so she wouldn't see herself as some lowly crippled menace.

Keplyn tilted his head and scrunched his eyebrows, considering what she had said. "Well... Are we safe anywhere then? If it isn't living, being alone or together won't make any difference, dead is dead..." He said, swallowing dryly. He shook his head. "I'm going though, whether you think it's 'wise' or not. Send someone with me, or come with me yourself if it makes you feel better, but-" He cut off suddenly. Where had this come from? Keplyn had never been one to be stubborn, or confident, and now, he was being both? Odd day, indeed.

Nepeta covered her ears as they began to speak. Vriska was right, put she was being rather rude about it. "I'll come along." Nepeta stood up and kicked the die back to Vriska. "We will be back in a bit." She grabbed two water bottles and her bag. "We can put the stuff in here."

Vriska slumped back and pulled out her dice once more. She fiddled with the small pieces, once a fun game and supposedly magical. Her mind wondered quite a bit and the rythmatic flowing of the dice between Vriska's fingers sent her into a trance she found no amount of talking or sleeping could ever bring. She wandered bored throughout the recesses of her mind and hardly noticed anything in her surroundings, consumed only be the thought that she had done her best to prevent more casualities. But her trances threaten to crumble as a new thought brought itself to her mind's surface. Had she really helped?

Keplyn nodded at Nepeta. "Okay." He said. Oh well. There went his secluded walk. But it was nice to have company, after all, the dice girl was right, something could kill him... He just didn't know what. "So, Nepeta, I need to find where I used to be living, so... follow me, okay?" He said, again, going against his nature. Maybe this apocalypse was bringing him to where he might've been if his life hadn't been terrible.

Haley stared at the ground in silence for a moment, then started speaking. "I've been thinking about this for a while. Maybe things were meant to be this way. Maybe, if you think about it in a religious manner, God intended to destroy humanity, and left just enough people alive to repopulate after correcting the wrongs humanity has done. Have you guys ever thought of it like that?"
