Adopt a Newbie - Moving to new thread

Hello guys!
There's just a quick question I want to ask.
I sent a PM to Noleah about becoming an underage adoptee, including asking to be in Rarities & List Pets {Just putting this here because of the test required with these} and it went out of my outbox but I never got a reply - does this mean that I was just unsuitable or that Noleah might have missed it? Should I resend the form?

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I'd love to be able to help out a new player. I know there was a lot that confused me at first so it would be great to help someone else avoid that.
How often do you get on CS?: Everyday, with very few exceptions
Which categories would you like to apply for?: General Knowledge, Forums, BBCode, Trading and Pets (worth noting: I am not quite fluent in French but I have been learning it for 6 years and can communicate effectively if needed but I'm not sure I would qualify for the "languages" category)
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: 2-3 hours
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Of course!

Whops missed this. Ahhh I'm not seeing the message in my inbox, I was especially busy over October and none-to-active at the beginning of November, if it was sent during that time I'm afraid I might have missed up by mistake u.u Please feel free to re-send to be or another mini-mod. Its always ok to resend forms to us if we don't reply within a week as most likely it got lost or buried. Sorry to keep you waiting!

Olivetta passed the rarities and rares list tests,
wormstache passed the rarities test,
teddybeardog to be taken off the list(they said they don't have time to adopt a newbie right now),

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?:
Well I introduced my cousin to the site, and I felt that I helped her out to become as knowledgeable as she is in a short period of time, and helped her with lots of hints and tricks and useful knowledge here and there ^^
How often do you get on CS?:
7 days a week. (Sun, Tue, Wed, Thur around 12 hours a day.) (Sat around 6 hours.) (Mon, Fri around 3 hours.) Due to working ^^
Which categories would you like to apply for?:
General Helpers, Forums, BBCode, Oekaki, Trading and Pets.
Because this is going to be for newbies, I also want to apply for the Rarities category, but I am not very advanced. Could I still be tested on this, and if I fail it then still be added for the others? ^^

Always! Even with difficult people, I still keep a calm, polite and understanding manner.

They will be notified of your adoption, and will hopefully be able to answer all your questions.

If they don't contact you within around a week, or if you're having other problems such as they're being rude to you, you don't understand their explanations, or anything like that, you can PM one of our thread mods, and we will assign you to a new adopter as soon as we can. :3
