Emily let out a sigh of relief at his response.'how bout now? Where should we hang out?'

'Idk. You're the girl here, you pick' He said, smiling.

Emily thought for a second 'my place or mall??'she responded quickly

'Sure' Adam texted back. He didn't care. That's why he didn't choose which. He just wanted to be around her again. 'Do u want me to come?'

Emily smiled widely at the text. ' come to my house. You know where I live right?'

'sure' Adam texted, smiling. 'If i remember from the 7th grade.' He joked. He grabbed his phone and his sweatshirt and yelled, "I'm going to Emily's!" His mom looked at him with a confused face. "Emily? I haven't seen her for years.."

Emily smiled at Adams response. ' ok. See you in a few!' She replied.

After walking for about 15 minutes, he arrived at Emily's. He knocked at the door.

Emily practically ran to the door. She opened it and immediately pulled Adam into a hug and kissed him gently on the cheek.
