Alex and Constantine are siblings, but since Alex was deemed not a proper royal child, they've only spoken to each other a few times.
I don't know about Anubis, sometimes I sort of consider making her a sibling haha
she dislikes others, though, so would probably dislike it.
Caspian is an only child, but grew up surrounded by other kids.
i'm not sure about Bea, but for now she's an only child.

Hoppi doesn't no since he was an only child
Girasol doesn't either because he feels that he would have gotten so annoyed with them that there would have been some conflict
Aryn does sometimes, but he's too full of himself to think otherwise
Clary doesn't no
