Well, I can speak Spanish and I know a bit of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Other than that, I've got a reputation for being calm. Because I've been on CS for quite a while, I know pet rarities, BBCode, how to use the oekaki, and those kind of things. Sometimes I go to the "CS Help, Suggestions, and Problems" board to answer questions. I can't really bring up anything else, though.
Why do you want to be a General Helper? I've been on this site for a while, and I love it; it's just so cute! I'd love to help with it, as well as help others. I may not be the most knowledgeable or best at helping out, but I'll try my best to help others. I seriously enjoy doing it, no goody two shoes-ness intended. I know when I first joined I missed out on lots of good pets that I wish I should have gotten now because I had nobody to guide me. I'd like to make sure this won't happen to anybody else, because to be honest, it really stinks. I just got back from not being on the site for a while, so I may not be the best person to exactly propose for this, but I know the basic stuff that others should be taught and a little extra.

Why do you want to be a General Helper? I love helping people, and since I have been an active member of CS since 2011, I found it fitting to take on a higher role of guidance.

3-7+ hours, I am seriously on all the time helping & trading with others usually.

yes, I have a good trading expirience and good background with trade values. I do help a lot around the help forms and that area, I used to be part of Adopt-a-newbie (where you help new members around the site) a while back, I know my way around the site very well, I can edit profiles and use the BBCoding used in forms, how to put in avatars, report a form, use oekaki, and basically anything around the site I know about- due to how much I am on a day.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
Because I love to help people on the site, and especially working with others to show them around the site. I take CS very seriously and it has started to become a hobby for me to come on everyday and talk with new people. I also believe I have the responsibility since I do check the help & suggestion threads almost daily anyways, so I do help around that area quite a bit generally. But most of all, I just really want to do my part on this site, and I do look up to general helpers and how much they put their time into helping others. (:

I have made 6351 total forums posts.

I visit CS everyday, and its very rare that I am unable to get on.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
I spend lots of time on CS, probably averaging at around 6 hours a day.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position:

- I know the basics to Spanish and French.
- I have good people skills, meaning I can answer questions in a friendly way.
- I know how this site works and all of the rules.
- I know how to use oekaki very well.
- I am very patient and laid back.
- I am very good at HTML coding.
- I know my trade values well, and can usually tell if a trade is fair.
- I have experience with answering questions on this site, I have gotten many in my PM box about threads I own and CS in general.
- I am good at communicating with younger users.
- I am good at explaining things in a clear way.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
There are so many reasons why want to be a general helper. I absolutely love this website, it is amazing. I am on it more than any other site, and enjoy every second I spend here. It would be an honor to be a general helper here, even if its not a staff position. I have learned a lot about the site and trading, and I would love to give some tips and share my knowledge with other users. Dealing with people and helping them is something I actually enjoy doing, and I think that is a very important thing to have in a general helper. I would enjoy to answer an obvious question, or even a question I have gotten many times before because I know I am helping another person by doing it. I just love to help out people, really. I mainly lurk on CS, and being a general helper would give my time some purpose and actually be helpful for the site and users. I know I can help out on the site without the colored name, and I do that when I can. But having a colored name will show members that I am here to help and they can come to me if they need to.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? I can't say for sure, but I believe between 4-5 hours.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) I help out a lot with people if they ask me to (make forums, roleplaying ideas, helping there literacy, ect.) and I speak English, Spanish, French and Italian. I help out at my church anytime the having something planned (Christmas party, fall festival, VBS ect) so my people skills are up to par! I also trade a lot, and I always help newbies. I was once a member of Adopt-A-Newbie (where you help new people out). I know how to use all the BBCodes and oekaki and all that. I know what pets are worth, and if I'm bored I help out in the CS Help board and try to help out
Why do you want to be a General Helper? I love helping out. Even if it's just little things (correcting someone of spelling) to big things (telling them it's against CS rules to do that). I don't like seeing people get in trouble just because they don't know how or what to do. If they do know, that's different, but I've seen a lot of newbies get cheated out of pets, or had there posts edited by a mod because they were breaking the rules. You can ask some of my good friends on here, and they will tell you-I love to help people. I've had random people (that I've never even seen there usernames before) PM me and ask for advice about pet rarities and stuff. I am always open for helping someone, even though i might not answer it at 1 AM and wait till 10 AM! I hope you consider me! ---Jumper

Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum?): I am mostly fluent in Spanish (meaning I could function if I was dropped in the middle of Mexico or Spain), and I'm a moderator on a few forums, so I've had experience helping people. I also have great spelling and grammar for my age, so I would be able to communicate clearly and easily with English and Spanish speakers.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?: I would like to be able to help people more, and I know that if I was given this position they would come to me.

In a typical week I'm online every single day. :) Occasionally I'll miss a day on weekends if I am traveling.

I can't say I'm exactly sure but it's almost scary for me to admit it's probably upwards of 6 hours. :)
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
One of my favorite things to do on the site is help users with trades. :) Since I've started I've been really big into trading and my knowledge with rarities and fairness has only improved. I'm happy to say that now I'm at the point where I can even break down big trades to figure out if they're fair or not. So trading is definitely my specialty - I've already opened up my PMs to users who want to ask me about trades. I get questions on everything from trade fairness to trading strategy and I do my best to answer as accurately as I can. :) I try to help out on the FTT a fair amount as well which I think is where most users tend to find me to PM me lol.
On the other hand though I've always loved working with people. I used to hold a position working with children with minor special needs including minor comprehension and mood disorders. I understand that not everyone can pick up on stuff quickly and that sometimes staying calm is by far the best way to get a situation sorted out so I do have some real world experience when it comes to dealing with people who are confused or upset.
Oh - I almost forgot. I do have a college level Spanish education and while I wouldn't consider myself fluent and I am a bit rusty from not having had it for a semester I believe that with access to a dictionary I could communicate near-fluently with any Spanish-speaking members if necessary. :)
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
Most of all I think it would be wonderful to get out there and help even more people than I already have the chance to. I'm not typically one to frequent the introductions or help threads since I'm usually so focused on trading but I feel quite confident in my abilities to navigate the site and offer help to any general questions about the site. I've also made some great friends by offering to help out newer players so I would be excited to get more involved in that as well - which I have a feeling I'll end up doing regardless of whether or not I'm chosen for the position. Having this window open up is just a great reminder for me to spread my wings a little and move outside of just helping with trades - although I don't intend to stop doing that either. :) It would be really exciting to be chosen as a general helper just for the fact that I feel like it would make it easier for people to find me - I'm more than willing to help out as much as I can and sometimes I feel like the forums I choose to visit the most often limit that. I still intend to lean more heavily on the trading forums but this would be a great way to help me broaden my reach. Like I said - even the fact that this opportunity has come up has reminded me that there are other ways I can be helping out I'd forgotten or never thought of.

Why do you want to be a General Helper? I have always wanted to help out cs, i love being online and helping people with something that I love to be on is amazing! I will always be active and it would mean so much to me. I want to be able to help people out, if there having trouble that's totally okay and I don't mind at all being asked questions. Everyday , I get on a Chicken a Smoothie everyday.

I do answer questions in different forums for people, and they like that I do. I help people on Chicken Smoothie if they do not know how to do things very well , or if they are new. I have made a decent amount of forums of my own.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I would love to become a General Helper because of one reason. That reason is because I love Chicken Smoothie and I think that it would be great experience for me to help people out. I love this website and becoming a General Helper would make me more fond with Chicken Smoothie.
