Flash had returned both pups to the camp and now trotted to an oak tree, sitting down in the shaded patch of grass beneath it's leaves and yawning to release anxiety. That odd wolf character had sent shivers down the Beta's spine and made a growl prickle in her throat, much in the same way that the grass was prickling her legs and underbelly now. She sat with hunched shoulders and scanned the area with alert silver eyes, ears cocked and wings loose at her sides.

Winter watched Flame with curiosity then felt his tail droop when she discovered her parents. Now is a good time... He thought to himself before quietly scurrying off in the direction off Snow. The pup's tiny nose pressed to the ground as he picked up the Alpha's scent, then looked up to settle his royal blue eyes on the white wolf, tail giving a half hearted wag and head lowered in a timid way as he approached. "Snow...? Can I talk to you about something?"

I watched Flash watched the clearing, tensing. It sent shivers down my spine.

Snow looked down at winter with a look of kindness shining through her deep blue eyes sure what do you need to talk about winter she said smiling.

Flash sighed and decided to let it go... for now. There was no need to stay so alert and be so concerned about something that wasn't happening. She'd begin acting out when that she-wolf returned. For now, the Beta Female simply sat and allowed her shoulders to relax, stretching out her muzzle in a anxiety-releasing yawn. Then, the winged wolf's silver eyes settle on the small pup Flame, watching her from afar. She tipped her head to the side in curiosity, wondering why she was drawing attention from the young one by simple doing nothing. Perhaps something was on the little wolf's mind, and she needed to look to an adult for comfort. Flash simply nodded her head, then returned her gaze to the distant horizon, mentally scrolling through her Beta duties.

Winter glanced away for a second then looked to his paws, clearly distraught about what he wanted to say. Over the course of time he had been he, the pup had grown more comfortable with these wolves and had even gone so far as to becoming light hearted and outgoing. Now, however, he seemed to be shrinking back into his former, timid self that he had once been when he first arrived. A silent paused passed between them before he found his voice again. "Who are my parents?"
