The paint is toned, fading from bright blue-green to a more sky-colored blue to a dusky cobalt; it shifts through these colors constantly but has no special power other than the fact that the color constantly changes between those you see. Obviously, this wolf is based on auroras, which are brightest and most beautiful at the arctic poles.
