My school keeps giving us projects that seem like they're meant for kids in first grade. I've got to write a poem about Columbus or something such like that. A poem. I'm in middle school. Take my abilities seriously and make me write a report or something! I am fully capable of doing so. I guess I should be happy that I get easy assignments, but come on. I will be in high school soon and you people are still making me write poetry instead of reports. Really? Give me a challenge! I can handle it! :c

Poems are very hard work. I agree that they shouldn't be on COLUMBUS, but poems are NOT easy AT ALL. If you make a good one.

I know what you mean, I felt the same way in middle school. Now, in high school, we have to write giant reports; which I think are quite fun; but the teachers never actually grade them >.<
