Nightfrost looked down at his apprentice. "Just another Duskclan cat on out territory. I took care of it but others are already out hunting so I figured now was a good time to do some training." he suggested looking around and licking his paw making sure he's fit and clean before he heads out. "I will tell Larkstar but I am testing the apprentice that said she got it to see if she's really upkeep with what happened. When she's back and doesn't say anything to Larkstar I will remind her. The minor news can wait."

Wincing, Larkstar saw some warriors bring in more prey and purred. Leafbare was always hard, especially with the river frozen. Hopefully the prey would stay out long enough to stock up. Larkstar took a thrush from the pile and into the nursery. After that she walked around camp, checking on everyone.

Volepaw assumed it would be hunting since prey was scarce, but they hadn't done battle moves for a long time. Whatever it was, Volepaw planned to do his best.

He knew Rainkit's mentor woould teach her those things, but he couldn't help wanting to spend more time with the bounce-fire of a kit.

ᶤᵛʸᵖᵃʷIvypaw said her goodbyes to Warmheart. Sitting beside Ebonypaw, she swept her tail on his flank. The sun was at its peak, shining down right over the camp. Still, the air was cold, and her breath came up in puffs. Shivering, she curled closer to Ebonypaw for comfort and warmth.

Featherpaw sat in the shade of a big tree, it's leaves fanning out and granting her shade. She let her head rest on her paws , her mind swirling with all kinds of thoughts and questions.

Featherpaw was nearby. "Hello Featherpaw. It's a shame about Warmheart isn't it? I hope Ebonypaw will be okay." She glanced back at the tom, still mourning his mother, though it was time for her burial.
