Jennifer slowly shook her head her gaze falling to the floor. She sat down at a table. Jake tossed the packs onto the table so they landed in front of her. "I'm so glad you didn't start" he said before running his hands over his face angrily. He looked down at her bony hands "You starved yourself didn't you?" he asked

I let out a sigh of realife. She scared me for a moment there. I wanted to push Jake away and take Jen home, but I've had enough fights today.

[Jenny,]

Jennifer reluctantly nodded. Jake slammed his hands down on the table looking at her. "I leave you alone for 5 weeks and you've almost killed yourself?" he shouted at her. Jennifer jumped in her seat her eyes filled with tears as he shouted at her her heart had never beated so hard before. She was a white color as she brought her knees up to her chest thinking about her past her mother was just like this.

I clenched my fists and stood in front of Jake. "Don't talk to her that way." I growled.

[Jenny,]

Jake gave him a stern look, towering over him. "Or what Keaton, what are you going to do?" he asked. Jennifer got up shaking on her feet. She got in between them her eyes were filled with fear as she looked up at Jake. "Your acting like mom!" she said bursting out crying. Jake just scoffed smacking her across the face with his fist "Stay out of this!" he shouted at her. Jennifer lay there her hand over her face she whimpered in pain.

I stared at Jake, shocked. "You sick fu**!" I yelled, punching him in the stomach, and the face, and kneed him in a place I rather not say.

Jennifer watched Jake fall to the floor clutching his 'area' . She just lay there her lip trembling as she held her face where he smacked her "Your just like mom.." she said bursting out in tears.

I picked Jen up and walked to the door. "I quit." I spat angrily and walked out.

Jennifer looked down at her hancs. She assumed she was fired. She gently leaned against him, she let out a sigh "I knew this wouldn't go down well." she said. She was still shaking with fear.
