Cass, when Tempest ducked into his side, extended his wing over her back protectively, teeth still bared in a silent snarl at the blue-eyed fae who stood before them, looking amused. "She is Jupiter's mate." he told her, before the fae crouched and bared her sharp white teeth at the two of them. She had gone to pounce, when a large dark golden figure landed on the ground and pounced at Gaapa in the same moment, taking her to the ground, large gold and brown feathered wings spread in an obvious threat and dominance display, growling low in her chest, bright yellow eyes practically glowing with fury. "Gaapa, if you threaten my brother one more time, I will disregard your rank and the fact you are our alpha and my brother's mate, and I will be sure you will never fly again. He is welcome here. The least you could do, Alphess, is welcome him." she stepped off of the bat-winged fae, growled at her one more time, before folding large, powerful wings against her equally powerful body, turning a now calm gaze to Saturn, before grinning at him, tilting her head slightly to the side in an almost playful manner. "Hello, brother,"

Tempest swallows nerviously, a low whimper in her throat as a pup kicks a few times. She is glad that Cassiel has covered her mostly with his wing. She peeks from benieth his feathers and shoulder-fur at the trio with huge green eyes, thinking *I'm a Hunter!* in a chant like its protection. Her distrust is quite evident, as easilly seen as her fear and pain. She pokes her head out with a shy smile, "H-h-hi t-th-her-re." she stutters, staying mostly hid. Cassiel had been about to fight for her.. she swallows and stares hard at her paws, casting nervious glances at Cass, and then around. The pale pelted, expectant one leans heavilly against him.

Cass could literally taste the fear and distrust radiating off of Tempest, and he tucked his golden wing around the pale-pelted fae's body in body a protective manner and to help her support herself. Venus looked just above Tempest's head after she heard her stuttered greeting, before she looked down to gaze upon her face. "Hello, Tempest," she said, "My name is Venus, I'm one of Cass's seven siblings." she offered a kind smile to the expectant wolf, before looking to her brother. "Saturn, you must speak with Jupiter about Intensity. She threatened your alphess's life and her upcoming litter." Cassiel gave a soft sigh at his sister's words, said, "I know, and I will." The fae, who was slightly larger than Cass, and built like a warrior wolf, looked to Tempest. "If you'd come with me, I can set you up with a soft bed of furs and a meal. You must be exhausted." She lifted one wing in offering to help support her, as Cass was currently, if she were to go with Venus.

Tempest looks at Cassiel in uncertainty a moment, but, But. If Cass trusts this wolf.. she could too. So, the pale wolf slips with very little grace from under his wing. She had thought she was tiny in comparison to Cassiel... she'd been sort-of wrong; now she is dwarfed. "Cass has told me alot about you." is her meek reply, but she is exausted and it terribly shows by the fact her paws are unsteady. Briefly the pale wolf wonders how Venus knows her name, but doesnt dwell on it. She casts a look at the alpha wolfess, the green-blue one, fearful of her. "S-see you soon Cass?" she whispers, looking at him over her shoulder before accepting help and support from Venus - though not as much as she does with Saturn.

Cassiel lifted his wing from Tempest's body so that she wouldn't have any issues going to the slightly larger golden fae, whose facial markings were made up of a series of three stripes -- two yellow, and a black one between the yellows. At the pale fae's whispered words to Cass, he offered her a smile, responding, "I will come to you as soon as I can." Venus lightly tucked her wing around Tempest's body, the brown primary feathers easily reaching past the pale-pelted fae's rump, even though the radiale of the wing was just in front of Tempest's shoulders. The lighter golden wolf with the black paws, turned and began to lope away, opening his wings and shooting up into the air, making his way toward Jupiter's den. The darker golden wolf offered a comforting smile to other smaller fae, "Come, the dens are this way," and she began to pad slowly off toward where the dens were.

Tempest had watched Cassiel go, and wonders exactly what he'd be doing, but she doesnt dwell on that iether. She nods when Venus states which direction the dens are and begins to walk, glancing at different wolves as they go with Huge eyes. When they arrive she immidiately sits in the sun-shine to rest, "So... this is Cassiel's home-pack, its so... large... compared to the pack we are in.. and the trees... what kind of trees are they?" she asks, and then winces yet again.

Morning on Venus
Venus / 3 / Desert Wolf Pack / Warrior ; Hunter / Sighting (to see ranks, names, and mates as words over others' heads)

Venus was aware that as they padded past a few dens, that there were several wolves outside and inside the denning area who watched as the small fae, tucked under the dark golden wolf's wing, padded past. Once they arrived at an open den, and Tempest sat, the warrior wolf withdrew her wing and fixed it against her body, flicking the ear that held purple, green, and blue earrings. The fae sat, then lay down, crossing the paw that held a green bracelet over the one with a blue one, stretching out wing out to sun it. "There are at least forty wolves in our pack," she clarified for the pale-pelted fae when she said that the pack was large compared to the pack that she and Cass were in. "The trees are pine trees. Or evergreens. They don't change color throughout the entire year." The golden fae rose to all four paws, furling her wings against herself once more, as a meek-looking pale violet she-wolf approached them, glancing briefly up to the warrior fae before addressing Tempest. "Is there anything you need?"

Tempest is speaking with Venus softly, "Wow." she tells the other,"Our pack only has twenty wolves and that was After we combined the packs." she explains, in awe at how huge this one is. "Pine trees? I think I've heard of those, they have those hard things instead of fruit, like.. nuts but bigger right? And their leaves are like thick pieces of hair." she is nodding to herself. The pale wolf feels her ears get hot at the question from the pale violet she-wolf if she needed anything... and she'd been going to say that no she didnt, but her stomach growls and she changes her mind. "D-do you have any rabbit?" because that is what she is craving lately.

Morning on Venus
Venus / 3 / Desert Wolf Pack / Warrior ; Hunter / Sighting

Venus smiled slightly at her obvious awe of the size of her pack, and says, "Our pack allows all mates to bear pups, rather than only the alphas and betas, which is customary for most packs." she explains to Tempest with a smile, and gives a nod about her words and queries of the pine trees. When Tempest responded to the meek wolf's question, the pale violet fae gives a small nod and smile, "Yes, of course. I'll be right back," She dips her head to her respectfully, before turning away and practically loping off toward the food pile. The meek wolf returned after a few minutes, a plump rabbit between her teeth, which she set in front of Tempest.

Tempests eyes are wide. "Wow.. maybe I should ask Shadow what he thinks of that, hes our Alpha." she doesnt say that he is her mate. A green gaze twinkles about the pine trees, "So no squirrels wacking you with acorns?" its soft laughter, because that happens quite a bit. When the little purple wolf returns she shyly takes the kill - "Thank you umm... what's your name?" the kill is places between her paws, like she would have when chewing a stick. "I -I'm Tempest."
