I am making my first Fursuit this christmas!

Its gonna be awesome, and does anyone know if theres furrie cons around washinton/Oregon that are for people under 18?
most furry conventions accept minors, but a lot of them require parental consent. actually, while looking for cons in your area, i found one that accepts minors without consent so what luck! there dont seem to be any in washington/oregon on wikifur, but there is one in mid-california,
further confusion. you just cant get into any "adult" areas, but thats fine. (also if youre under 12 or have a sibling under 12 and have a parent who has paid for a badge themselves, your/their badge is free!)
(sorry ive been stalking this thread for a while but never had a reason to comment uvu!!)
Heck yeah, I'm actually going to Further Confusion for my friend's 21st birthday! It's a really great con. The same convention center also is home to Fanime, which is tons of fun as well.

Furfright has been discontinued as a convention but on my fursuiting FAcebook page a LOT of my friends and Furfright's main page announced that someone with the help of a few minor past-Furfright workers have bought the rights to the convention in the same place as before with the same Halloween theme
The only thing that is currently new is that the name will have to be changed. A few of the top picks right now are WaggingDead Con and Furightful Night - names can be suggested at > twitter.com/bioswoof
The buyer of the con rights reminds everyone that they would not like to continue a con, rather starting fresh with similar themes
I may not be able to go to a Furfright but hopefully this new con will be just as amazing <3
