Little alphabet letters with different colours(pink "o", green "k", yellow "p") that glow on dark backgrounds?
Eyelashes for dogs, maybe a little blush? I'd love a pair of slippers(both in the dog's mouth like it's carrying them, and on the dog's feet), or a newspaper. Maybe a picnic set - a basket, some sandwiches, soda in a bottle, other stuff. Maybe if it's possible, when the "stack items" option is back, the dog we're dressing up to be on the stack page too? So we can stack items behind the dog like the people before me suggested? We can put a beach towel or a rug under our pet. Or that picnic blanket, forgot it's name. Maybe also an umbrella, and false rain like the Anniversary confetti. We get about 10 pieces of the same "rain" and we put it all over the place so it looks like it's raining?

There's are Pirate Costumes in the store, then there would be different parrots too!
