What if I change the ice palace treasure hunt like this:
Three rooms have prizes in them. Each room can only be guessed once and when they've all been guessed I will post the results, then they re set.
I know it would mean less winning for everyone, but I just feel like I'm giving out too many tokens x3
What does everyone think?

Hmm, I kind of disagree, and agree with that ^^
I rather have more doors? Maybe five? I just think 3 doors is too little. But maybe, so you don't have to give out so many tokens- 3 of the doors are fault, and 2 are correct? or maybe the other way around.

@ Peachfuzz - If you think you're giving out too many tokens, you can always reduce the chances of getting tokens; for example, if someone chose the kitchen they had a 1/4 chance, and so on.
