Not many understand the comfort I get when I walk into a bookstore and take a deep breath as I look around. I feel at home; I feel welcome. I don't have to purchase anything. Being surrounded by books fills me with a sense of security.

"I always know when it's going to happen. I'll wake up in the middle of the night and..." She sighed looking down. "We've lost all hope in trying again. I don't think it'll happen for us again."

Maria sighed, watching her. "I'm sorry," she said. She had found out she was pregnant two nights ago. She was gonna wait for Jacks to get back to tell him, but then the whole thing with her mom happened, and she hadn't had the chance. Hearing Chloe talk about loosing babies made her heart ache because she could have babies still.
