Independence | Mare | 3 years
No herd | Lone Mare |
╚═══════════════════╝
Independence trotted around the meadows and grasslands. Her ears were relaxed and her gait smooth. At the time she was clam, relaxed, and virtually carefree. Being in heat hadn't really effected her much but maybe that was because this was only her second time. She had never born a foal or had a affair with a stallion. Independence had liked to keep to herself but didn't mind stallions but she was wary of them. The dark palomino peered around the land and then trotted on. She soon came to a stop at the sight of some extra luscious grasses. She bent her elegant head to graze.

Phoenix | Mare | 5 years
No herd | Lone Mare |
╚═══════════════════╝
The red coated mare cantered through the countryside. She enjoyed the feeling of the wind through her mane and the excitement that coursed through her veins. Every time she ran she felt like she was going on a grand adventure. For a feisty mare she did like to have her fun and was more playful than most mares at her age. Pheonix whinnied loudly as she pranced around in the breeze. Then she slowed to a trot and just enjoyed the warm sunlight on her back.

Turtle
Stallion ll Dapple Bay ll Five ll Lead Stallion ll Alone
____________________________________________________________________________
Fully rested, Turtle started back on my way zinging through the meadow. Suddenly, he spotted a red dot far out in the landscape. Could it really be? Another horse. A mare maybe even. He picked up a choppy canter, and quickly made his way down the hill throws the object. As he grew closer, Turtle could make out that it was a horse. And once he was about 100 yards, the scent of mare hit him. She was a mare, and a stunning one too. "Hello" he said softly. The bay stallion shook out his mane, and stepped closer to her. He reached his nose out, not touching her though.

~Ghost Light~
The handsome gray, as well as somewhat arrogant ,stallion was galloping across an open field, his head held high and proud, his nostrils taking huge breaths as he tried to keep from overworking himself as he ran. He spun in a quick circle, the sudden scent of a mare overcoming his senses, and he let out a loud scream of a nicker, freezing as he perked his ears, waiting for a response. He wanted to start a herd. He hated being alone, and having no one to call his own was a frustrating thing indeed.
~Dusty Rose~
The sandy colored mare was standing in the shade of a few trees, along the forest's edge, with her velvety soft maw on the ground as she ripped up small portions of the green grass. She was just along the edge of a wide open meadow, filled with lush green grass and several little flowers dotted here and there. She swished her tail lightly, swatting away at flies that were trying to eat at her, subconsciously spreading her heat scent, which was not yet too strong but filled the air around her with a sickening sweetness.

The mare continued grazing for quite some time. She shook her off-white mane as she drew up her head. Her ear twitched as she heard the sound of a loud nicker. She paused a moment before responding with a short but loud whinny. Independence craved the companionship of other horses and was glad when she heard the stallions call. Although she had never really fancied the idea of starting a herd she would if it meant she would have other horses to be with. The dark palomino waited as she was certain the stallion would come running in to time.

Turtle was shock when the mare backed up, so he turned and started trotting away. He wouldn't go far of course, because he planned on taking her soon. But first, he wanted to greet a dun mare that stood around 300 yards away. Turtle picked up an easy trot and made his way over to the mare. "Hello" he repeated to this mare, hoping maybe she'd be inserted in him. The stallion pawed the ground, trying to be a show off. "My name's Turtle" said the bay softly, "And you are?". He wasn't sure what to say really in times like this, but he knew to be friendly and caring.

~Dusty Rose~
The sandy colored mare had just begun to wander out of the shade of the trees, lowering her head to graze a bit, ripping up the grass blades with her strong, white teeth. That's when the scent of another horse, a stallion, hit her nostrils, and her head instantly pulled up, ears perked, as she watched the approaching bay male. He was tall, quite tall in fact, and he was quite handsome. She stayed in place, not wanting nor bothering to run, as he nearly touched her with his muzzle, greeting her. Her eyes were half hidden by her long forelock, giving her a mysterious look as she replied in her soft, melodic voice. "Hello."

Awentia
Mare - Mustang/Nez Perce Horse - 2 years - 14.3hh"I'm very shy and nervous. I tend to be very alert and keep watch all the time. I'm very flighty. I don't like to be on my own, and I'm incredibly submissive. I avoid conflict and if I'm spooked I might run for miles. I don't think I'll be a very good mother, I would probably leave the poor thing at the first sign of danger. I hate thunder and run around continuously during a bad storm. I just left my birth herd and I'm looking for a stallion to look after me."
