Maji Panya's are small creature's, average height being around 6 inches, that have adapted to their habitat. They live on the islands of Hawaii, living near bodies of fresh and salt water. They are mammals but have gills too, meaning they can live underwater for very long periods of time. Maji's are omnivores, their diet consisting of berries, insects, fruits, but mostly, fish. They have fin like attachments all over their bodies that help with swimming. These creatures are very territorial, fending off any other Maji's with their sharp claws and teeth.

Syia is a lot smaller than the other Maji Panya's. She is only 4 inches but she doesn't find this to be a problem. It allows her to get into smaller spaces and also makes her faster. She normally doesn't engage in combat with the other Maji Panya's who pass through her territory this is mainly because of her size, she knows in any sort of physical altercation she would lose, instead she focuses more on her agility to get her point across. She doesn't see this as ‘running away’ like some would, she however is just trying to stay alive and no one can ever blame her for that.
She is a very gentle in nature she worried a lot of about caring for others and putting their well being above her own. She has many other animals friends on the island she lives in, most of them small like she is. She also makes with the fish in the waters where she swims every day. They hang out almost everyday and Syia tries very hard to make sure they are always very happy and if they are not she tries everything in her power and ability to change that.

Looking up isn't always that sad,
because being small isn't all that bad.
When you live your life an inch from the ground,
your able acknowledge all of the little things around.
From the little animals to the tiny seeds,
even including the tiniest of needs.
The greatest feeling is holding out a helping hand,
it even makes life not seem so bland.
With friends all around you don't notice how small you really are,
because you know your friends are never far.
In order to win this Maji you'll need to do art of some form, stories, poetry, drawing, you name it. Maximum of three pieces. (500 word max. per individual story so if all you did was writing then you'd have a maximum of 1500. :)
