Shion is a rather independent wolf with a brilliant mind although he never admits it. He is pessimistic and full of sarcasm, but you don't want to fool with him. Despite not being in a pack of his own, it does not mean he isn't strong. While not the physically toughest, he has sharp wits that has kept him alive, alone as long as he has been. Shion is a realist, and sees in black and white, believing in things like revenge and the survival of the fittest. He would have made a loyal friend if he did not keep himself apart from other wolves because he did not want to get too attached. Shion has no qualms with killing, but only to keep others from having to do so themselves.

He was born in a small pack, when most of his pack were killed or chased away by hunters. Shion alone escaped, being only a few moons old. He has been wandering ever since.
