--Follow the forum rules!
--Please stay active, don't just join and leave especially if you're a deputy and/or medicine cat. If you leave for no reason and you don't come back in two weeks you will be listed in the 'Inactive' side of the Members list and your character will be listed under the 'Inactive' page, there you will be given a second chance, if you do not come back in 31 days you will be taken off the members list and your character will be will be deleted.
--Drama is accepted here, uwu in fact when this Clan really grows active I'll take suggestions from the members about things that could happen. As in dog attacks, fires, greencough etc. Until then the drama can stay at a minimum.
--You can have as many characters as you think you can manage!

Roleplay rules!
--Detailed mating and kitting should be timeskipped or blacked-out.
--Any person of any roleplaying skill can join! I only ask you use proper grammar and punctuation.
--Since this is a newer rule, you'll see posts like this in the older pages, but I'd prefer if you wrote at least two lines and added a bit of detail in your writing! Stuff like - "[insert cat here] is eating" makes it a bit harder to reply.
--A newer rule as of Dec. 17!! Every ten pages counts as a moon in RP time.

Character rules!
--Since I only take descriptions of cats instead of pictures, it's appreciated that you add some detail to your forms so me and everyone else has a clear view of what your cats look like!
--Realistic pelt colors and eye colors please! I won't accept any cats that have neon green fur and glowing pink eyes.
--Not everyone is flawless and majestically beautiful, same goes for your fictional kitties! So no "perfect" characters please.
--This is a pretty normal Clan and I'd like to keep it that way! I'd appreciate it if none of your cats have powers like some of the cats do in the actual books.

RootClan Camp
RootClan is a Clan located in a dense green forest full of oak trees and ferns, the Clan's camp is close by a nearby town with small twolegplaces making rogues, loners, and kittypets a common sight to see. The Clan's camp clearing is large and the ground is soft to step on. The leader's den is a large oak tree rooted right in the middle of camp and they sleep under the roots of this tree, whenever they need to make announcements to the Clan they climb up the lowest branch of tree that can hold their weight. It gives them a good view of the Clan and the Clan has a good view of the leader. The warriors' den is a large hollowed-out log in the right side of camp lined with moss inside and out. The apprentices den is under a bush is also on the right side of camp, close by the warriors. The nursery is under a large bush at the left side of camp, close to the entrance. The queens and their kits normally sleep in the center. The elder's den is under a clump of ferns, it's close by nursery and the quietest spot in camp, the ground is very soft and comfortable for the elder's to rest on. Last but not least, the medicine cats' den. The medicine cats den is inside of a large crack in a big slab of stone, the entrance of the den is easy to slide into, and you'll be surprised of how big the den looks from the inside, the whole floor is lined with feathers and moss so sick and injured cats, and the medicine cat itself can rest easy. The herbs the medicine cat uses are safely packed and wrapped safely in the back of the den, far from any cats who might step in them.

Dapplefur: A tortoiseshell she-cat that is mostly brown with black paws and a light brown and white tail and dark green eyes. A shy warrior that often never talks and avoids other cats. [Roleplayed by .:Lugia:.]
Apprentice: Nightpaw

Dawnflower: A small, slim, soft-furred ginger tabby she-cat with dark ginger stripes, a white chin, belly and white back paws. Has bright green eyes. Dawnflower is a sweet, kind and relaxed she-cat. She's kind of a "go with the flow" kind of cat, accepting whatever life throws at her with a smile. At first glance, she doesn't look like much of a fighter at all. Many cats doubt her skills and think that she should put her motherly attitude in the nursery. But in fact, she's a rather quick thinker. She's always planning out the quickest, most effective plan of hunting, fighting, and patrols. Though she becomes a completely different cat when she's around queens and kits, she becomes very overprotective and often checks the nursery when newborn kits arrive. [Roleplayed by Red Rabbit]

Fishtail: A persian blue cat with white and black spots all over her tail and back legs, she has cold blue eyes. She appears to be cold when you first meet her, she doesn't talk and is untrusting. If you get to know her, she is quite playful and friendly. [Roleplayed by wolves16]

Mousetail: Short-brown haired she-cat with hazel eyes, and white on her muzzle. Has lean, fast legs, a long tail, and a small head. A little hot-headed, over-protective, loyal, trustworthy, and a selfless cat. Her kits Hazelkit, and Cinderkit both caught greencough, and they died because they were too weak. Nightpaw was the strongest of his littermates, and was able to overcome whitecough, before it turned into greencough. She never talks about her mate, so no cat but her knows him. Reedtail: A muscular tortoiseshell tom. He has brown stripes going down his tail. Shy, but friendly and happy to talk. [Roleplayed by wolves16]
Apprentice: Fishpaw

Smallstorm: His height is about the same as a new apprentice, he has fluffy short fur and a ginger coat with dark ginger stripes all over his legs and tail. He has very bright, forest-green eyes and has a lot of small scratches criss-crossing his chest and neck. Smallstorm is seen as a hardheaded and a fight now, think later kind of cat. He is very determined in making sure the Clan and cats who live in it are safe and sound. He's a very strong fighter, and has knowledge of some herbs that medicine cats use, it's rare, but sometimes if the medicine cat isn't available a cat may come up to him about some small injury. He's not very social and is usually seen keeping distance from the Clan at gatherings, patrols and other things. [Roleplayed by Red Rabbit]
Apprentice: Sunpaw

Stonewhisker: Stonewhisker is a pure dark gray tom with white front paws, a small white splotch on his nose, and a white tail tip. He has bright yellow eyes, the left eye is permanently closed and scratched out due to a battle with a mean kittypet. He's a bit nervous and jittery. Practically scared of anything that makes loud noises though it's not as bad as it used to be. He's only seen at his calmest when in the presence of his mate, Lilacfeather. It's very easy to scare him because due to his anxiousness and he has a hard time trusting others. [Roleplayed by Red Rabbit]

Stormlily: Grey tuxedo she-cat, white paws and tail tip. Slightly wild and can occasionally be a bit bizarre, She is also however very faithful and loyal to the warrior code and appreciates company of those with more knowledge then her. [Roleplayed by Destinystwilight]

Weaselnose: A large, well muscled, light brown spotted tabby tom with a white underbelly, chest, throat, and paws. Dark amber eyes and a large scratch on his muzzle. Weaselnose is friendly, trustworthy, and mainly calm in most dangerous situations. He's a bit more mature then his older sister Mudstar, but he does inherit some of her playfulness as well. He's a brilliant tracker and seems to have a strong sense of smell. [Roleplayed by Red Rabbit]

Softkit is an adventurous kit. She loves to explore and often wonders what the outside of camp looks like. She sometimes is founded trying to sneak out of camp, but has yet to succeed. She loves to play, but will sometimes be sad from the loss of her father. She doesn't remember her mother, but hates her for giving her up so easily. He feels uncomfortable around a lot of cats, although one or two is enough, one reason why not to join a group or Clan. Swiftpaw: Swiftpaw is a small, silvery-grey she-cat. She is very fast and stealthy, with strong back legs - the perfect build for hunting birds. However, her unusually long muzzle makes it harder for her to hunt squirrels and rabbits. She has a shorter tail than most, giving her bad balance which makes her easy prey for a larger animal - or cat! Swiftpaw is a perfectionist. She wants to be able to do everything right, and can get frustrated easily. She is fickle, also, but when she has decided upon something finally she sticks to it, even if it makes a fool of her.
