The foals will be born the breed of the father for starters or whichever breed has the highest combined genetic possibility. ex the mare is 50/50 paint and tb and the stallion is paint/Connemara/hackney but looks like a hackney the foal will turn out as a paint with lower percentages of the other breeds.
As before or with any other breeding, the foal with have characteristics of both parents so it is good to mix breeds where one is good in skills the other is lacking in.
In the end though it is up to you, some people prefer mixed to pure bred others will only breed pure bred horses I deal in both with paints, tbs, and lusitanos.
