I wrap my arm quietly around the leopard, it makes a faint whimper before I lift it lightly above my waist.

After a few minutes of staring, I take a few steps toward the bush. As I move my hand closer to the leaves, I hear a "Mew!"
I jump. The rustling sound gets a little closer, and I take a few steps back. Just as I'm about to run, a fluffy little head pokes out from beneath the green leaves. It lets out another "Mew!" and pads toward me. It jumps into my arms. It's fur feels like a cloud against my skin. I look around. As soon as I'm sure no one is watching, I scoop it up in my backpack and run home.
