"Yeah. Keep telling yourself that." Wish rolled her eyes.

I shrug and look down at my cell phone, not saying anything.

Mitch grinned at Briar, "Who are you? I don't think I've meet you before."

I glance up at Mitch then back down at my phone. "I'm Briar, and I'm guessing you're Mason's brother," I say dryly.

Mitch chuckled at her tone, "Yes." He leaned on the wall, smirking.

Wish rolled her eyes.

The elevator stops and I get out.

Wish followed, but caught up to Briar, "I know, he's a bit... cocky... but he's cool."

Mitch was too far back to notice her talking to Briar.

I roll my eyes and shrug. "He's probably not much different than most guys," I say.

"I don't know. He can be grumpy." Wish chuckled quietly. She knocked on Mason's door.

Mitch walked over to them, just staying quiet, thinking about things.
