While I'm not a newbie here on CS, I do have quite a bit of difficulty trading, and would appreciate some help with the trades below. I'm not sure if they're fair or not...and if they're not fair, what should I do to make them more fair?

I wouldn't accept this trade. I don't really think that this is fair by demand, but I don't know it for sure.
