I am very excited about Mausoleum's dogs and these rats:

Yay for September Pets! I was waiting around for these more than usual. =P

I adopted one each of the rats and first gens but the max amount of the rest.But here are my impressions:

First Generation Pups:

Checkered Pups,that's cool. This one reminds me of the 80's though.XD

I am most interested in this set. I hope they are nautical themed!

Pretty. But to me,unlike others- they remind me of jazz music or the art you see in coffee shops. I am going to name mine Jazz. They may be stained glass too but that is the name mine will have either way.

The pup looks like a hyena and the blanket looks a lot like... ! Maybe it really will be a set of other animal based pups again!
Third Generation Pups:

Wow! How exciting to have these now. Their star blankets are adorable! The orange blanket is my fav for the blanket but my fav for the pet design is the pink blanket, but I like them all of course. I am so lucky to have gotten all the variations on my own without having to trade. I don't know what gen that would be considered but what if we had first genXsecond gen pairs and third genXsecond gen pairs and etc. someday? It would be interesting. Just don't pair them with their family members of course!
Butterfly Wolves:

Bet these will be something colorful. They kind of remind me of sherbert with their colors.

They remind me of the bumble bee butterfly wolf but also of something different. The suggested yarn theme sounds great.
Cats:

Aww,rainbow kittens! We have these and we had rainbow horses....will we someday get rainbow wolves/dogs too?=o
Rats:

Simple but cute,I don't have much to say about this set.

They remind me of the Halloween rats from last year but also of chocolate. I wonder what the adults will look like?
Ponies:

I got these two,are there more? But these two look like a antelope and cheetah/lion maybe ( if they are based off african animals).
Horses:

Pintos I assume.

I wonder if we will get any malk or nick pets,they seem to be a rare occurrence now. =o

the other puppies are interesting too. I cant wait to see what sorrens ship-pups will become xD *hope for pirates*

and i wonder what these equimagine-horses will become.. the blankets reminds me at dogs...ôo

Now that you mention it, the blanket looks a bit like the art at Starbucks here. XD

Malk is still sort of on a CS holiday, I think. And Nick rarely makes pets.

Anyone else having problems adopting the 3rd gens? It says they're all gone, but they still show up on the adopt page.
Edit: Wait there it goes. I tried adopting them one at a time, if that makes a difference.
Nother edit: The adoption limit was raised to eight. How many outcomes are there? I only got two... 2/4. Not too bad.

Not only are they just simply WONDERFUL, but I've been wondering if Tess was going to put together a favorite pairing that I happen to like...AND FINALLY GOT 1 OF EACH OF THEIR PUPS!!! Thank you so much, Tess! <3

I'm really really hoping for pirate pets for the Sorren pups. CS has never had a dog designed like a pirate, so I'm really excited for those!

Does Tess ever design pets? I've never thought about it really, but I rarely see pets designed by Tess, if at all!

I think she's really too busy with work and uni to design pets these days, but she used to design all of them so....
