1. Roughly how long do the adoption periods last?
2. How do you get a cape/war paint?
3. What should Penultima be notified of, if anything?
4. Will customs ever be available? If so, when?
5. Will breeding ever be available? If so, when?
6. How do you join in an RP?
7. At what level can you join an RP?
8. Are there any benefits to certain tribes?
9. What extra weapons can a person have for hand-to-hand combat and hunting {i.e. knives, swords, ect.}?
10. Exactly how modern are the tribesmen {a date range, if possible, and area of people during that date range}?
And any other questions that are frequently asked {I'm not completely sure about any others, but I'm sure you'll know of a few!}.
1. Depends how popular it seems to be, if it's getting more forms than others I let it run a little longer than a less seemingly popular one (not that it's better by how long it goes, I just like to give more time for other applicants)
2. Cape is automatically added after advanced training to symbolize a "royal" rider. Royals aren't really of noble blood, it's just a name for riders who have "become adults" officially, like a rite of passage into adulthood (although they can become royals at any age really). War paint is optional for royals.
3. I should be notified of plagiarism, form/character stealing, or other general rule-breaking or art stealing
4. Customs will be available relatively soon, I am not entirely sure yet when.
5. Breedings might be, I need to work out a few issues first.
6. You may join a RP after you have completed at least basic training.
7. Answered above

8. All tribes have generally the same "benefits", just different holistic personalities and specialities. Mat'era are the central "leader" tribe, they aren't entirely in control, just have a large influence over the others. Mat'onit and Mat'junea are "warrior" tribes; although all tribes train and go to war, they do so more often, and spend a majority of their time and focus on that. Mat'iri and Mat'larun are more peaceful, who prefer not to fight if possible, Mat'larun more so than even Mat'iri. Finally, Mat'huen is mysterious, they isolate themselves from the other tribes, and hardly any information of their tribe is known by the other tribes. On the other hand, Mat'huen has a close relationship among the members of their own tribe.
9. Spears are the normal weapon for hand-to hand combat while dino-back, and bows and arrows for long distance, although throwing knives for distance fights are not uncommon either. Swords are a more recent invention, and since they are impractical for fighting dino-back they are carried as defense weapons while without a dino companion. Often adolescents who have not captured and/or trained a dino for riding yet will have these.
10. Although the tribes take place in modern day era, they have lived in such isolation from the world that their cultural development has been dramatically slowed. They are though to have originated from old African tribes, but there are no records to prove anything. Their culture is currently a mix of different aspects or African tribal societies, old greek, and bits of medieval hints.
