Josh cursed and hurried down the ladder, running off in the direction he hoped Amethyst had went.

Josh was headed in the right direction. The footsteps are echoing! I can't tell where they are coming from. Rosa thought in alarm, still running.

Amethyst shifted into a small bird, flying after Rosa. At least I don't after get tired from running.

"Rosa?" Josh called, continuing to run, he heard footsteps everywhere but he couldn't pick out where they were coming from. He cursed his weaker then average shifter nose, if he was more of a tracker he would be able to easily find her.

"Perfect. Now you know what I really am," she said, laughing. "Phycho chick and Shadow man. Sounds like a couple of axe murders' nicknames."

"Josh?" Rosa called back, thinking, My house is really freaky. She stopped beside a wall, removing a certain piece of wallpaper, exposing a door handle. I hope my trick works. The girl thought. She then started running again, but this time she was almost silent. Josh, just keep running. Don't come after me, but make Amethyst believe that you are. I'm trying to trick her. Rosa sent to him, lucky she was able to do it. It was getting hard for her to run.

This way I'm more silent. Amethyst thought, passing the door handle, stopping by it as she flew, needing a rest.

James sighed as he walked with her silently, "Then it is no reason for you to worry."


"Is somone there?" Aurora asked as she looked around.

A small smile apeared in Twisted's face and he shrugged. "The fact that i cleaned blood off my sword grosses out Kagami." He laughed.

Kagami smiled, Twisted was always in a good mood when he played the piano. "Sometimes he'll show me his bloody sword, Just to make me scream." Kagami said rolling her eyes.

Madison chuckled, "so you have a thing against blood?" she rolled her eyes, still smiling.


"It is if you end up getting hurt worse," Jewel sighed quietly.


Cody chuckled to himself as he kept in the shadows, stalking the human girl.


Are you sure? Josh sent back, stopping, worried that she might just end up getting herself hurt by trying to trick Amethyst.
