Perect characters also really annoy. It's really unfair, I always make sure my characters have some form of bad luck.

I think people are getting mixed up on what liquid time is. In role play forums, typically it's allowed for characters to be in more than one thread, thus liquid time. However, it sounds like they're mixing it up and making it happen in the same thread. Either that, or they just suck at role playing, have a hard time at describing time passing, are too lazy to show time passing, or simply doesn't understand reality and/or doesn't understand how to connect reality with role play. >>;

When one of my characters is talking to someone and the other person finishes the conversation, and then another character starts talking to me, I usually post a time skip like,

Back when talking to [character's name]

and then

Present time, talking to [character's name]

For some very odd reason, whenever I join a roleplay, in a matter of weeks it dies. Everyone will be there, happily roleplaying and having a good time, and then I show up and all of a sudden everyone stops posting after a few weeks with me there.
And it's usually a really awesome roleplay. D: Am I cursed or something? Or do people just hate me?

I have the same curse, except even worse! I'll join an awesome looking RP when it's just starting. Usually, a few people will have already signed up, so it looks okay. But my post is never answered. It's as if the second I post, the thread is full of trojans and nobody will go anywhere near it.

I hate it when that happens, when you post and no one replies to it.
Especially if you put a lot of a work into your post.

And for another rant...
I hate it when characters "warp".
What I mean by warp is when your character is off somewhere doing something, and then another person desides to interact with you, but they're in a completely different place, and so they just have them appear where the other character is.

Basically, this:

Edwardsparkle the warrior cat was sitting on one side of the forest, all alone, thinking about how wrong it was to have left the CullenClan and Bellaface back at Forks. But he knew he had no choice. It was the right thing to do to keep her safe.

Jacobwolf was back in Forks, spending the day in the LaPushClan territory on the other side of the the forest. He suddenly saw Edwardsparkle at the other end, and sat next to him.

Edwardsparkle looked over and saw Jacobwolf, blinking. "How the heck did you get here so fast?" The sparkling cat asked.

"What do you mean? I ran over here."

"No, your post clearly said that you just went and sat next to me. There was no running involved."


This all made sense and you know it.

This just made me laugh... XD

Rant: How It's so hard to find find a active semi-lit. or up roleplay. XP

I have found a couple good ones where the people acually have paragraph or longer post but after a couple pages it totaly dies, like people lose the will to post or somthing. It annoys me because thing has happened to every good rp i have joined XP

I hate it when people are always saying, "Your character should be like this" or "like this" and telling you that you're character is a mary-sue, when you've just started RPing. o.x I needed a place to rant about that. (THat was my first encounter with RP, and I have been for nearly a year now. :3
