Yuki looked up at Zero. "Im OK, I just...wish...you where there sooner. Thats all." She turned away from him, tears falling from being scared.

Crow nails sharpered. And as he was about to loose it Lerock grabbed Ash making her loose her concentration. "Your coming with me." He turned and threw her over his shoulder and took off laughing.

"I'm so sorry, Yuki...I didn't..." Zero looked down, unable to think.

Yuki turned around enexpetidly and hugged him. "Did anyone hurt you." She said miffling herseld in his lower chest ribs.

"Let me go!!" She shrieked, and screamed, kicking and punching his back. "Put me DOWN!!" She pushed a fist downwards, and the earth in front of him rose in a rock slab, and she broke free of his grasp, rolling on the ground with a hrrn of effort. She looked back at him, and launched forwards, sprinting away.

Lerock gasped and looked around. "Girl come back!" He laughed walking after her.

Zero's eyes went wide, and a small smile appeared on his lips. "You shouldn't worry about me..." He said softly, placing a hand on her head, ruffling her hair.

"Not if I can help it!" She glared back at him, and leapt, hands first, and turned into a fox, streaking forwards, faster than before.

Crow's shadow rose up and then vannished.

Lerock looked around. "Aww, now where did she go. Hm, next time." He said vannishing

Yuki kept hugging him. "Zero, I want to protect you to, but im so powerless."

Zero sighed, "You're not powerless Yuki, you're human...and thats all I want you to be."

She stopped, breathless in the woods. It was hot out too. She walked onwards, breathing heavily, before finally, she collapsed at the edge of the woods.
