I cheered. "Crimsonfox!" I cheered. I looked over at my mentor and frowned, even though she didn't know this I knew how much she wanted to be deputy. I spotted closer to her in an attempt to some what comfort her.

The crimson toms mouth nearly dropped in disbelief,but he kept it shut knowing all eyes would soon direct to him. He glanced around before finally looking up to meet the leaders gaze and give a hurried nod as he realized he was staring. He stepped forward as the cats parted to make a path leading to the highrock. Me? Well of course he wanted to be it...yet he never thought he would be it... "Thank you...Shadowstar...I promise to be the best deputy I can be... and serve my clan well..."
