Kimi nods her head, still looking out the window. She was curious as to why Shin was flying about, but didn't say anything. "I hope we don't have a substitute... I'd much rather sit around without stuffy stories about mom and dad." She says, stretching her arms briefly above her head with a tiny yawn.

Shiro looked at Shin once more. Was something wrong? He seemed a bit...off. "Has anyone noticed something unusual happening recently? Shin seems nervous recently." she muttered to anyone in particular.

Megumi nodded rapidly in agreement I know! Suri, my boa constrictor, hasn't been eating at all, and he usually eats everything in sight! she says acknowledging the odd atmosphere around campus that Shiro was talking about. Maybe it's something with animals? Keiji chimed in suggesting that nothing was going on Nooo! It's definitely something... even I can sense it... Oh! I got it, it's probably a new kid! Megumi proposed since it was the most logical explanation she could think of at the moment.

"Maybe it's got something to do with our missing teacher..." Kimi murmurs, looking out the window with her eyebrows furrowed. She couldn't sense the odd aura like the others, but something was definitely off with her sister's familiar. She wasn't so sure that they had a new student, it was something the headmaster would have brought up.

Shiro hummed, "Maybe. I'll check up on Kitsu, too." she said, referring to her fox familiar. "It might be something big, or maybe it's just me. It doesn't seem normal that all of our animals are like this."

"We could talk with the headmaster too, he might know something we don't." Kimi suggests, turning away from the window as she does. She couldn't see anything out of place in the garden or anything else strange that could upset the animals. Maybe there was a new student they hadn't been informed about; they'd probably catch their scent if it was a vampire, but there were no odd scents or anything.

Shiro nodded, "I'll be sure to do that later." she glanced at the door, and sighed a bit in relief. "The teacher's here, he's a substitute." she said, smiling.

Kimi glances over towards the door, staying up near the window. She never liked sitting in a desk, hopefully this substitute teacher would let her just stay where she is.

The substitute glanced over everyone, and started to take role once he got to his desk. Then, he stood up and introduced himself. 'Mr. Yukimura' was his name. He started the lesson, and Shiro looked at him carefully. He seemed weird.
