Gah...I really am looking for more roleplays to join (not too smart of me since school's starting soon...) but I can't find any that do not have a million posts for me to catch up on. >_<;;

For some very odd reason, whenever I join a roleplay, in a matter of weeks it dies. Everyone will be there, happily roleplaying and having a good time, and then I show up and all of a sudden everyone stops posting after a few weeks with me there.
And it's usually a really awesome roleplay. D: Am I cursed or something? Or do people just hate me?

For some very odd reason, whenever I join a roleplay, in a matter of weeks it dies. Everyone will be there, happily roleplaying and having a good time, and then I show up and all of a sudden everyone stops posting after a few weeks with me there.
And it's usually a really awesome roleplay. D: Am I cursed or something? Or do people just hate me?

I have the same curse, except even worse! I'll join an awesome looking RP when it's just starting. Usually, a few people will have already signed up, so it looks okay. But my post is never answered. It's as if the second I post, the thread is full of trojans and nobody will go anywhere near it.

Not to be rude, but it's probably one of these reasons:

A) You're not that great at role playing so no one wants to role play with you.
B) No one has muse.
C) Other people think they're not good, and therefore don't post as to not hold you back.
D) People are too busy with their lives, school, family, friends, etc...
E) They hop on to talk, but don't role play.
F) You were previously rude to someone on said site/in said role play.
G) You were previously rude to someone else on a different site/role play, who just so happens to be on said site/in said role play.
H) No one saw your role play because it got covered up by another role play, bumped, or you didn't mention it was open so others might have thought it was closed/already full of other role players.

Especially if you put a lot of a work into your post.

And for another rant...
I hate it when characters "warp".
What I mean by warp is when your character is off somewhere doing something, and then another person desides to interact with you, but they're in a completely different place, and so they just have them appear where the other character is.

Basically, this:

Edwardsparkle the warrior cat was sitting on one side of the forest, all alone, thinking about how wrong it was to have left the CullenClan and Bellaface back at Forks. But he knew he had no choice. It was the right thing to do to keep her safe.

Jacobwolf was back in Forks, spending the day in the LaPushClan territory on the other side of the the forest. He suddenly saw Edwardsparkle at the other end, and sat next to him.

Edwardsparkle looked over and saw Jacobwolf, blinking. "How the heck did you get here so fast?" The sparkling cat asked.

"What do you mean? I ran over here."

"No, your post clearly said that you just went and sat next to me. There was no running involved."


This all made sense and you know it.

It really annoys me when someone’s character is two places at once, talking to two different characters ¬_¬
